We left at 8 a.m. yesterday and arrived at Fishers, Indiana about 5:45 p.m. after spending a long time in a line-up for U.S Customs and then a longer time in Passport Control with Paul's UK Passport. His Canadian ones runs out in January and he thought it best to go in and out of the U.S. on the same passport. He had been pre-approved for a U.S. Visa but they didn't recognize that at the border crossing. We also encountered some traffic due to construction along the way. The weather was indy and rainy at times. Paul did most of the driving but Wendy drove the last 2 1/2hours. However we had a great dinner and evening at Wendy's cousin Janet's, stayed the night there and left about 8:45 this morning.
We put in another long day today and arrived in Little Rock Arkansas about 5:30 this evening. We made a few stops for coffee and at Welcome Centres along the way. The weather was beautiful all day and it gradually got warmer and ws 21C. degrees when we arrived here. Tomorrow we hope to get to Laredo Texas.
